Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the orthopedic clinics to ensure efficiency.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office and clinical staff.
• Develop action plans to improve performance, access, and financial outcomes.
• Monitor budgets and conduct financial analysis for planning.
• Manage patient flow and staff coverage to optimize provider time.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and AHCA regulations.
• Address issues raised by physicians, staff, and patients.
• Assist with market growth strategies and partnership development.
• Visit offices and meet staff to discuss performance and issues.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and highlight trends.
