UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our orthopedic clinics in Bolingbrook, Chicago, and Woodridge. This role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, staffing, and patient access across multiple sites.

You will manage staff hiring, training, and evaluation, develop action plans to improve performance, monitor budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with regional medical directors to drive growth

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a physician practice.
• Experience in an orthopedic clinic preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations of orthopedic clinics in Bolingbrook, Chicago, and Woodridge.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff with guidance and feedback.
• Develops action plans to improve performance in turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes.
• Oversees budgeting and financial analysis for future budgets.
• Monitors patient flow and staff coverage for provider time.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, AHCA, and regulatory requirements.
• Addresses issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.
• Supports market growth strategies for the practices.
• Regularly visits offices to discuss issues and performance.
• Analyzes monthly financial statements and variance from budget.
• Collaborates with regional medical directors to align operations.
• Communicates strategic information to relevant parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
