Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group in Moline, IL seeks a Clinic Manager for Orthopedics to lead daily administrative and clinical support in a busy medical group clinic. You will oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and patient care improvements to ensure high-quality service.

You will partner with the Medical Director, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative environment that supports clinicians and staff while maintaining MercyOne's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health administration, or related field is required (or active enrollment in such a program).
• Experience managing colleagues in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure quality service.
• Hire, train and develop clinic staff.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to ensure clinic success.
• Develop and monitor budgets and clinic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (OSHA, HIPAA etc.).
