OrthoIllinois is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the clinic team and coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care. You will work with clinic and surgery schedulers to optimize physician time both in clinic and the operating room.

The role requires leadership in clinical settings, experience in similar roles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA, CMA, ATC, LPN, or ROT certification within 6 months of hire and renewal every 2 years preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinic team and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate with clinic scheduler and surgery scheduler to manage physician's time in clinic and OR.
• Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
