Job summary

Impact Sport Lighting LLC is seeking motivated Sales Team Members to drive growth in commercial, municipal, and government lighting projects. You will build relationships, present lighting solutions, and close deals while traveling to client sites.

This role offers a base salary range of $30,000–$75,000 plus commission, with earning potential up to $125,000 annually. A dynamic, fast-paced environment and opportunities to work on premier venues prepare you for a rewarding sales career.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within commercial, municipal, or government projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present solutions convincingly.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in commercial, municipal, and government sectors.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, presenting lighting solutions, and closing deals.
• Travel to client locations for site visits, proposals, and follow-up meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to deliver customized proposals meeting client needs.
• Manage the sales process from lead to contract signing and ensure client communication.
