Motive Workforce is seeking a Sales Manager to drive wholesale lighting and home products growth on site. This full-time role offers $90,000–$125,000 base with bonus/commission opportunities and reports directly to executive leadership.

You will hunt for new B2B opportunities with department stores, mass retailers, and distributors, build pipelines, open doors, and drive revenue growth through strategic programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with department stores, mass retailers, distributors, and other wholesale accounts
• Prospect and generate new B2B business opportunities through outreach, networking, and field activity
• Serve as a visible, front-facing representative in the market and maintain strong customer engagement
• Create and present proposals, sales programs, and strategic recommendations tailored to client needs
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, accounting, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
• Track customer activity, pipeline progress, competitive trends, and market opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within company systems
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed
• Support the successful launch and expansion of new lighting product lines into the marketplace
