Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Business Development Professional I in a fully remote role preferred in the Midwest or Western region. You will drive growth by expanding our K&K Business Development/Sales portfolio in the Sports, Leisure, and Entertainment sector, focusing on agents and brokers, presenting innovative programs, and closing new business.

You need strong P&C background, a valid P&C license, and proven sales and relationship-management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
• Valid P&C license required.
• Experience in a regulated industry and in sales/BD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow production from existing agents/brokers through visits and updates.
• Identify and target new agents/brokers in the Western region; present products and programs.
• Secure submissions from agents/brokers and forward to home office.
• Support underwriters during the underwriting process.
• Prepare and present proposals, respond to questions, close new business.
• Manage agent/broker relationships post-sale and assist with renewals.
• Travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
