Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional fan experiences on game days and beyond. You will greet fans, tailor recommendations, and process sales with the Fanatics POS while upholding brand standards and delivering great service.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events, with a focus on teamwork and fast-paced execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented.
