You will greet fans, make recommendations, process sales transactions with the Fanatics POS, and help maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment. Team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and help make their shopping experience enjoyable.
