Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversight of $2 million or greater.
• Proven experience in organizing, booking, and operating sports tournaments and events.
• Operational knowledge of food and beverage, sports travel tournaments, and corporate events.
• Operational knowledge of facility management concepts.
• Experience with convention and visitor bureaus or regional event management booking.
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, sports management, marketing, or equivalent industry experience.

• Analyze operations to evaluate performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Appoint department heads and delegate responsibilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to implement solutions.
