Job summary

Portland Sports Complex is seeking an Events Team Member to provide top‑notch guest service and assist with coordinating facility events and parties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, customer‑oriented environment and who can handle multiple duties from ticketing to party logistics.

The position reports to the General Manager in the Operations department, and requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends at the Portland, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins
• Operate multi-line phones and record event information
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily
• Maintain guest confidentiality and resolve concerns
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating facility events and parties
• Track party details, waivers, food orders and supplies
• Ensure proper setup, coordination and cleanup for events
