Invited Clubs in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a General Manager to lead club operations and membership growth. You will drive financial strategy, ensure member satisfaction, and foster a high-performance environment across departments.

The role requires building a strong leadership team, maintaining GAAP compliance, and achieving financial and operational goals within the club’s private environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of club management, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing budgets and impacting profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics to achieve revenue targets across operations.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across key areas.
• Recruit, select, and develop a qualified team of department heads.
• Lead staff development and performance management to align with member satisfaction.
• Oversee sales, marketing, and net revenue strategies and control expenses.
