ElevenLabs is a fast-growing AI research and product company advancing how we interact with technology. We’re seeking our first Sports Specialist to lead commercial adoption of AI audio products in the sports industry.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and sports, requiring deep ecosystem knowledge and enterprise sales expertise to drive adoption and strategic opportunities. You will partner with Account Executives to educate customers, demonstrate value, and guide

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven experience selling into or working with sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, or sports tech companies.
• Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem, including content and production workflows, media rights, fan engagement, partnerships, and digital distribution.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
• Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting to business and technical stakeholders.
• Track record navigating complex organizations and aligning multiple decision makers.
• Highly collaborative, with a passion for partnering across Sales, Engineering, Growth, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ElevenLabs’ sports use cases, supporting enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through deployment.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise, customer education, and strategic guidance.
• Drive adoption across professional sports leagues, teams, federations, broadcasters, streaming platforms, rights holders, agencies, and sports tech companies.
• Help customers apply AI audio to use cases such as multilingual content, commentary, fan engagement, content production, personalization, and accessibility.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across sports, including commercial, media, digital, content, innovation, and technology leaders.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops that showcase capabilities and business value.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Legal to bring customer insights into product development and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop scalable enablement materials, best practices, and sales playbooks to position ElevenLabs within sports.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, sports tech, media, and fan engagement to shape long-term strategy.
