Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking an Associate Manager, Sponsorships to advance our sponsorship portfolio across venue and retail channels. Based in Frisco, TX, you will partner with brand, sales, and agency teams to drive strategic execution, asset optimization, and ROI analyses for key partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years of marketing or sports/entertainment experience, strong communication, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing or related sports/entertainment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Astute budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for sponsorship portfolio in venue and at retail.
• Manage partner relationships and drive commercial alignment.
• Lead asset reviews, sponsorship execution, and post analyses.
• Lead post-analysis including asset optimization and ROI modeling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sponsor and Agency partners.
