Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manager of Category Commercialization, Allied Partners to drive the beverage category strategy with Allied partners. You will align with NRS teams, identify growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional plans from insight to activation at the Frisco HQ. Up to 25% travel is required.

The role calls for 5+ years in CPG, with strong commercial leadership and a track record in category plans, innovation, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in consumer goods or retail products strongly preferred, and beverage industry knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited US or international university or equivalent experience; MBA Preferred
• Commercial strategy or Channel strategy development experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of Allied Partner Commercialization with daily workload / projects.
• Collaborate with activation, allied partners, supply chain, shopper insights, marketing, RGM, and category management to build a calendar of activities.
• Represent the full category commercial perspective in discussions across the enterprise.
• Build insights-based category selling stories and operating plans for annual commercial plans.
• Shepherd commercialization for new product innovation and retail account specific launches.
