Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manager of Category Commercialization for Allied Partners in Frisco. You will lead commercialization of select beverage brands across categories, driving a coherent strategy with shoppers, customers, and partners.

The role interfaces with the Allied Partner and National Retail Sales teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable brand and retail plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CPG with beverage industry knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial leadership.
• Experience in consumer goods or retail products is strongly preferred; beverage industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of Allied Partner Commercialization with daily workload and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a prioritized annual activity calendar and OBPPC tactics.
• Represent the full category commercial perspective in cross-enterprise discussions and with Brand partners.
• Develop insights-based category selling stories and operating plans for annual commercial plans.
• Lead commercialization efforts for new product innovations and retail account activities.
• Track in-year performance and propose tactical changes to meet AOP goals.
• Provide leadership for company-wide and sales meetings (NRS QBRs, National Sales Meeting, AOP meetings, Bottler Meetings).
