You will drive revenue, manage client relationships, craft sponsorship packages, and support partner campaigns across signage, digital, social, and in-venue activations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, marketing, sponsorship, or client service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a personal book of business and execute a full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sell sponsorship packages to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Manage a personal book of business and support broader sales efforts.
• Lead prospecting, proposals, and deal closure; support renewals.
• Collaborate with activation/marketing/ops to ensure seamless partner campaigns.
• Fulfill sponsorship elements (signage, digital, social, in-venue promotions).
• Build relationships with university partners, athletic staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Support game day operations, client hospitality, and event-related duties.
