Job summary

Learfield seeks a motivated sponsorship sales professional to drive revenue growth through renewals and new business in college sponsorships. You will manage key client relationships and execute partner agreements from prospecting through renewal, collaborating with university stakeholders to deliver campaigns that match partner goals.

You will own the full sales cycle, propose and negotiate across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue and experiential platforms, and maintain accurate CRM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfort navigating CRM systems in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for game days and events.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed revenue goals by developing and selling sponsorship packages.
• Manage a defined book of business with renewals and new deals.
• Build and negotiate proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue platforms.
• Develop relationships with local to national partners.
• Collaborate with university and Learfield teams to deliver campaigns.
• Maintain records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Support year-end recaps and renewal planning.
• Attend game day operations and client hospitality events.
