Learfield is seeking a strategic sponsorship sales professional to lead high-value accounts and drive revenue growth for college athletics partnerships. You will oversee renewals, manage complex campaigns, and steer new business development from pitch to close.

Responsibilities include building relationships with university partners, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering integrated sponsorship solutions across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of successful outside or B2B sales with responsibility for developing new business and managing client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue goals and managing a book of business.
• Strong ability to craft marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Comfort navigating CRM systems in a performance-driven sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed revenue goals through new business development and strategic renewals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale execution.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients at their locations to secure partnerships.
• Manage a defined book of business including high-value accounts and renewals.
• Develop integrated sponsorship proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Lead renewal planning and identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
