Job summary

Learfield is seeking a motivated sponsorship sales professional to join our growing team in college athletics sponsorships. You will manage existing client relationships and grow by developing a new business pipeline, from prospecting to renewal, coordinating with university stakeholders to execute campaigns.

You'll build proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain CRM records while supporting year-end recaps

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with a focus on client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfort navigating CRM systems and performing in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals by developing and selling sponsorship packages.
• Manage a defined book of business, including renewals and new deals.
• Build, present, and negotiate proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Develop relationships with local, regional, and national partners to highlight sponsorship value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute partner deliverables and maintain CRM records.
• Support renewal planning and year-end recaps; participate in events when needed.
