Rnb Consultancy in New York is seeking a driven partnerships lead to own the supply side of a sponsorship marketplace. You will bring teams, venues, and events onto the platform, crafting the outbound playbook and managing multi-property negotiations to scale the marketplace.

You will define supply strategy, pricing insights, and identify verticals in collaboration with the founders, while building and leading a growing partnerships team in a fast-growing, seed-stage company.

Qualifications

• Deep sports and live-events knowledge: how properties monetize sponsorship inventory.
• Evidence of sourcing, pitching and closing partnership deals as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnerships supply side from scratch: bring teams, venues and events onto the marketplace.
• Develop outbound playbook for the supply side and manage multi-property conversations.
