Job summary

North Texas Real Estate Resources, Inc. is seeking a Sponsorship & Business Development Representative to grow sponsorship and non-dues revenue for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.

You will build relationships, manage a sponsorship pipeline, and coordinate activation across events and programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of sponsorship sales, business development, consultative sales, or related revenue role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective sponsors and affiliate partners to meet sponsorship goals.
• Promote and sell sponsorship opportunities per Sponsorship Guide using a consultative approach.
• Manage sponsorship sales pipeline from prospecting to close with records and updates.
• Develop sponsorship proposals and customized packages aligned with pricing and approvals.
• Manage relationships with partners, coordinating activation and fulfillment across events.
• Travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex for events and opportunities.
