Job summary

Associa is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in the Dallas area to lead our Specialized Property Management market. This field-based role focuses on building long-term referral partnerships with real estate professionals, lenders, investors, and brokerages while traveling locally across the DFW region.

You will manage a hybrid schedule, combining field meetings with CRM-driven follow-ups, and act as the face of a leading brand in the market.

Qualifications

• 10+ to 15+ years of residential real estate, property management, or B2B real estate sales experience preferred.
• Proven relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and industry leaders across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
• Active Texas Real Estate License in good standing.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and building referral programs.
• Willingness to travel locally across DFW for daily client meetings and networking.

Responsibilities

• Outbound referral network development with residential real estate agents and brokers across DFW.
• Brokerage outreach and presentations to showcase Realtor Referral Program.
• Client entertainment and community networking with referral partners to maintain brand visibility.
• Consultative sales and rapid response to incoming leads; conduct discovery calls to align investor goals.
• Property evaluations and proposal generation including on-site walkthroughs and market analysis.
• Onboarding alignment and risk mitigation; explain fees and processes to ensure long-term retention.
• CRM and pipeline management in HubSpot with accurate, real-time records.
