Associa is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the Dallas market for Specialized Property Management. You will leverage extensive DFW relationships to build lucrative B2B partnerships, driving referrals and new property management agreements.

The role combines field activity with hybrid work, offering autonomy and a lucrative commission structure. This senior position requires deep real estate connections, a Texas license, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in residential real estate, property management, or related B2B sales industries.
• Established networks with real estate brokers, agents, and industry leaders across DFW.
• Active Texas Real Estate License in good standing.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel locally across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and beyond when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound referral networks with residential real estate agents, managing brokers, wealth managers, title officers, and investment clubs across DFW.
• Deliver compelling presentations at real estate brokerage meetings to promote Realtor Referral Program.
• Represent Specialized at local Realtor events and investor meetups to maintain top-of-mind brand awareness.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand investor goals and close landlord opportunities.
• Perform property evaluations and generate proposals for new management agreements.
• Educate clients on standards, fees, onboarding processes, and risk mitigation to ensure long-term retention.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records in HubSpot and coordinate handoffs to Operations and Onboarding teams.
