Job summary

Learfield in Lafayette, LA is seeking a motivated sponsorship sales professional to drive revenue through renewals and new business. You will manage client relationships, build a robust pipeline, and execute partner agreements across digital, social, broadcast, and experiential channels.

You will collaborate with university stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with partner goals and brand standards while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed revenue goals by developing and selling sponsorship packages across multiple platforms.
• Own full sales cycle for renewals and new business deals from prospecting to renewal.
• Build, present, and negotiate proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential assets.
• Develop relationships with local, regional, and national partners to highlight the value of collegiate sponsorships.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on contract terms and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
