Job summary

Learfield is seeking a results-driven sponsorship sales professional to expand our university partnerships in the United States. You will manage existing client relationships and drive growth by building a new business pipeline, executing partner agreements from prospecting to renewal.

You will collaborate with internal teams and university stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with partner goals, while maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to renewal planning and year-end

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience focusing on client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling integrated sponsorship packages.
• Own full sales cycle for renewals and new business deals.
• Build, present, and negotiate proposals across digital, social, broadcast, in-venue, and experiential platforms.
• Develop relationships with local, regional, and national partners to highlight sponsorship value.
• Maintain relationships with university partners, athletic staff, sponsors and internal teams.
• Collaborate to execute partner deliverables aligned with contract terms and brand standards.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activity and pipeline progress.
• Support year-end recaps and renewal planning discussions.
• Attend game day operations and client hospitality events, including nights/weekends.
