Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in events, tradeshows, conferences, hospitality, experiential marketing, sponsorship fulfillment, or another customer-facing environment involving complex project coordination.
• Hands-on experience supporting live events strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the Sponsor Experience: primary customer-facing contact for assigned sponsorship programs, from sales handoff through post-event wrap-up; build sponsor relationships with proactive communication and professional service.
• Create Structure Around Complex Projects: translate sponsorship agreements into actionable plans, manage multiple programs, maintain status tracking, and communicate obligations across teams.
• Bring Sponsorship Experiences to Life: coordinate across in-person, hybrid, and digital events; implement sponsor graphics, branding, and assets; collaborate with content teams for sponsor integrations.
• Deliver Successful Events Onsite: participate in pre-event reviews; act as onsite sponsorship contact; resolve issues to keep plans on track; contribute to post-event learnings.
