Job summary

Informa Markets seeks a Sponsorship Coordinator to turn sponsorship commitments into successful event experiences. You will own defined sponsorship programs, coordinating with sponsors, internal teams, vendors, and partners from handoff through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.

This role blends event execution, project management, and client service, managing multiple events and timelines while maintaining proactive communication and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in events, tradeshows, conferences or sponsorship fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience supporting live events is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Be primary sponsor-facing contact from sales handoff to post-event wrap-up.
• Build sponsor relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Translate sponsorship agreements into actionable project plans and timelines.
• Manage multiple programs and events with clear deadlines.
• Coordinate sponsor graphics, branding, and digital assets with internal teams.
