Informa Markets is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to turn sponsorship commitments into successful event experiences. You will own defined sponsorship programs and act as a client-facing contact, coordinating with sponsors, internal teams, vendors, and partners from handoff through onsite execution.

This role blends event execution, project management, and client service. You will manage multiple programs, build plans and timelines, monitor dependencies, and proactively address risks to ensure

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in events, tradeshows, conferences, hospitality, sponsorship fulfillment, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting live events preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact from sales handoff through post-event wrap-up.
• Translate sponsorship contracts into actionable project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate sponsorships across in-person, hybrid, and digital events.
