Job summary

Informa Markets is seeking a Sponsorship Coordinator to turn sponsorship commitments into successful event experiences. You will own defined sponsorship programs, coordinating with sponsors, internal teams, vendors, and partners from handoff through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.

This role blends event execution, project management, and client service, managing multiple events and sponsorships while building plans, timelines, and dependencies, and communicating proactively to prevent

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, tradeshows, conferences, hospitality, sponsorship fulfillment, or another customer-facing environment involving complex project coordination.
• Hands-on experience supporting live events strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in event planning, marketing, hospitality, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear plans and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sponsor Experience from sales handoff through post-event wrap-up.
• Build sponsor relationships through proactive communication and professional service.
• Translate sponsorship agreements into actionable project plans and milestones.
• Manage multiple sponsorship programs and events concurrently with visibility on deadlines and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation and status tracking for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Conference, Registration, Technology, and other teams to fulfill contracts.
