Job summary

Pixel Events is seeking a Sponsor Activation Manager to oversee planning, production, and execution of sponsor activations and exhibit logistics across our event portfolio. You will translate activation concepts into production plans, timelines, and hands-on site delivery.

The role requires a hands-on, organized, tech-savvy individual who can coordinate with print, fabrication, rental, and service partners and travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in event production, experiential marketing, or hands-on logistics.
• Familiar with print, signage, fabrication, rentals, and installation methods.
• Resourceful, hands-on, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate activation concepts into production plans, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution.
• Manage multiple activations, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder updates.
