ITA Group seeks a Sponsorship Event Manager to collaborate with clients, account teams, suppliers, sponsors, and exhibitors on events. You will leverage strategic, financial modeling, marketing opportunities, and logistical expertise to deliver successful client solutions.

The role requires strong organization, budgeting acumen, and exceptional communication across levels. Located in Atlanta area with engaging teams and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, or Communications.
• Three years experience in the group travel industry in a position of similar accountabilities and responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage details.
• Ability to handle numerous projects, prioritize workload and delegate responsibility.
• Experience in effective communication and relationship building with client management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with Visio and CRM is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles with budgeting experience.
• Experience in negotiations in a business environment.
• Excellent human relations skills with flexibility and accountability.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix structure.
