Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator in Dallas to support sponsorships and industry conference engagements that boost brand visibility and drive business development. You will coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple lines of business and markets.

The role requires 2+ years in event coordination or partnerships, strong organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality or partnership execution
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work early mornings/evenings; based in Dallas and able to work full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Events & Sponsorships, Head of Marketing & Events and the Event Marketing team to execute sponsorships and conference engagements
• Own and manage end-to-end tracking of all sponsorship deliverables, serving as the primary point of contact for contracted elements
• Support identification and vetting of new sponsorship opportunities with regional teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, asset delivery and on-site logistics
• Maintain strong relationships with regional and frontline teams for alignment and smooth execution
• Track sponsorship budgets, invoices and related documentation
• Lead administration of sponsorship ticket assets: distribution strategies, guest list and ticket usage optimization
• Assist with ordering promotional items and branded materials for events
• Oversee vendor coordination for on-site activations (shipping, setup, teardown)
• Support post-event reporting and performance analysis to inform strategy
• Maintain internal documentation and calendars for visibility across teams
