Qualifications

• 1-3 years in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Experience coordinating calendars and interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple lines of business.
• Manage complex interview calendars and logistics.
• Partner with recruiters to support recruiting activities.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday.
• Prepare interview agendas and evaluation materials.
• Track interview progress and follow up for feedback.
• Develop recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Support reporting requests for Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with confidentiality.
