Job summary

JND is seeking Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to support mid- to senior-level hiring across multiple business units of a global technology company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and client-facing recruiters to understand requirements, source passive talent, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliant, diverse hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting support with high-volume interview scheduling (Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Partner).
• 5–10 years in staffing agency or corporate recruiting (Recruiter/Sourcer).
• Proficient in finding passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS/CRM (Workday preferred) and referrals programs.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand role requirements with hiring leaders and build candidate search strategies.
• Execute search across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, CRM, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates and present slate reports to hiring leaders.
• Assist with offer construction using market data and candidate motivations.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, offers, and onboarding hand-off; maintain records.
