Job summary

JND Inc. is seeking Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to support mid- to senior-level hiring across multiple business units of a global technology company.

You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and client-facing recruiters to understand requirements and drive targeted search strategies. You will source hard-to-find and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM (Workday), referrals, and direct outreach; screen and present qualified candidate slates, coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in recruiting support or 5–10 years in staffing/recruiting roles
• Experience finding passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and recruiting best practices

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and build candidate search strategies
• Execute search across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, CRM, and direct sourcing
• Screen candidates, provide realistic job previews, and present slate recommendations
• Consult on competitive offer construction using compensation tools and market data
• Act as SME on market dynamics for assigned positions
• Drive diversity recruiting and compliant interviewing practices
• Schedule interviews (phone/video/on-site) and arrange travel logistics
• Draft and extend offers; support onboarding hand-off
• Maintain candidate records and job postings in Workday; create Excel reports
• Review resumes and assist recruiters with coordination for assigned units
