Job summary

JND is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support mid- to senior-level hiring across multiple business units in a global tech company. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and recruiters to craft targeted search strategies and source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach, while coordinating interviews and new-hire documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a recruiting support environment with high-volume scheduling.
• 5–10 years in staffing agency or corporate recruiting for senior roles.
• Proficient at finding passive talent via sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS/CRM and reporting in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and search strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, CRM, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates, provide realistic previews, and present slate recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, offers, and onboarding hand-offs.
• Ensure compliant, diverse recruitment practices and record-keeping in HRIS/ATS.
