Job summary

North Texas Real Estate Resources, Inc. is seeking a Sponsorship & Business Development Representative to grow sponsorship and non-dues revenue for MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.

The role focuses on prospecting, partnering with sponsors, and aligning opportunities with events, programs, and audiences across the metroplex. You'll manage the sponsorship pipeline, present proposals, coordinate activation, and collaborate with Events, Marketing, and Professional Development to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, required.
• 2–4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or related revenue role.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand partner objectives and connect them with sponsorship opportunities.
• Experience with databases, tracking tools, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective sponsors and affiliate partners to support sponsorship and revenue goals.
• Promote and sell sponsorship opportunities using a consultative approach.
• Manage sponsorship sales pipeline from prospecting to close with accurate records.
• Develop sponsorship proposals and customized packages.
