Job summary

Olympia Entertainment in Detroit is seeking a Corporate Partnership Activation Coordinator to support the execution of sponsor assets and game-day activations. You will collaborate with the activation manager to deliver superior partner experiences, coordinate events, manage asset delivery, and assist with post-event recaps and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of related experience
• Understanding of marketing, advertising and public relations principles; ability to think creatively
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with web-based tools/databases

Responsibilities

• Assist activation manager with delivering superior activation; coordinate/execute partnership elements/assets for each partner.
• Support game-day activations, events, promotions, clinics, appearances, and hospitality activities.
• Help manage pre-season/action plans, post-season recaps, and inventory of premium items.
• Produce monthly asset reports for digital signage, LED signage, and radio.
• Own creative asset delivery, approvals, trafficking, and video proofs after execution.
• Support Events Coordinator with various events as needed.
