Job summary

Learfield IMG College seeks a Manager of Partnership Strategy for the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. You will oversee sponsorship activation, lead a small on-site team, and ensure partner deliverables are executed with excellence.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and university contacts to fulfill partnership elements across digital, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms, strengthening client relationships and university goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sponsorship activation, marketing, or account management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record in campaign execution across channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning/CRM tools.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activation for a portfolio of property-level partners and ensure timely, strategic execution.
• Manage and develop a small on-site team of coordinators and staff.
• Coach, provide feedback, and support direct reports to promote accountability.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, university stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate digital, social, signage, hospitality, and experiential assets.
• Track activation timelines, assets, and partner communications; support year-end recaps.
• Align execution with Learfield standards and university guidelines; assist with events.
