Job summary

Octagon is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our client services team. This hybrid role supports sponsorship activations and partner programs across sports, entertainment, and lifestyle platforms.

You will collaborate with agency and client teams to plan, document, and execute partnerships, while maintaining schedules, reports, and on-site support. The role emphasizes detail, initiative, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in account management or client services.
• Genuine interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, or celebrity culture.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support data allocation, tracking and measurement for client events globally.
• Organize and track sponsorship assets and talent usage as needed.
• Create reports, presentations and documents including post-event reports.
• Manage weekly project plans and share notes from weekly calls.
• Assist with event and industry research requests.
• Support finance administration including budget management and PO processing.
