Job summary

Octagon is seeking a Temporary Account Executive (Client Services) with a passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or celebrity culture. The role supports sponsorship activations for client programs, coordinating with agency and client teams to develop plans and execution across sports, entertainment and cultural platforms.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage event documentation, reporting, and on-site support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management or client services experience.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or celebrity culture.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support data allocation, tracking and measurement for client portfolio of events on a global scale.
• Assist with the organization and tracking of sponsorship assets and talent/ambassador utilization as needed.
• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and documents, including but not limited to post-event reports, event briefs, staffing schedules, and activation plans.
• Help manage weekly project plans and share comprehensive notes from weekly calls, as assigned.
• Assist with event and industry research requests upon client request.
• Support finance administration including budget management, invoices & PO processing and maintaining accurate and up to date financial records.
• Aid in various other administrative tasks as requested.
