Zusammenfassung

Octagon is hiring a Temporary Account Executive (Client Services) to lead client programs and support a dynamic sponsorships team. You’ll work on events across sports, entertainment, and culture, coordinating with agency and client teams to develop plans and on-site support.

The role requires at least 1+ year in client services, strong organization, and a proactive mindset; hybrid in-office schedule with travel expectations. Immediate start through Dec 31, 2026.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of relevant experience in account management or client services.
• Strong work ethic and initiative to support team efforts.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or celebrity culture.

Aufgaben

• Support data allocation, tracking and measurement for client events.
• Assist with organization and tracking of sponsorship assets and talent utilization.
• Create reports, presentations and activation plans; post-event reports and briefs.
• Help manage weekly project plans and share notes from calls.
• Assist with event and industry research on client requests.
• Support finance admin including budget management, invoices & PO processing.
• Handle various administrative tasks as assigned.
