Octagon is seeking an Account Executive (Client Services) to lead client programs and support sponsorship activations in sports, entertainment, and culture. Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management or client services experience, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• Strong work ethic and initiative to support the team.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, music or celebrity culture.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support data allocation, tracking and measurement for events on a global scale.
• Organize sponsorship assets and talent/ambassador utilization.
• Create reports, presentations, and post-event materials.
• Maintain weekly project plans and share notes from calls.
• Assist with event research and industry requests.
• Support budget management, invoices and PO processing.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
