Job summary

Octagon is seeking a Temporary Account Executive to support client services and sponsorship activations across sports and lifestyle programs. You will collaborate with agency and client teams to plan, document, and execute partnerships, with a focus on organization, communication, and on-site support.

The role requires interest in sports/entertainment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management or client services experience in sports/entertainment.
• Strong work ethic and initiative to support team efforts.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or culture.

Responsibilities

• Support data allocation, tracking and measurement for client events globally.
• Assist organization and tracking of sponsorship assets and talent usage.
• Create reports, presentations, and event documents including post-event reports.
• Manage weekly project plans and share notes from calls.
• Assist with event research requests for the client.
• Support budget management, invoices and PO processing.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
