Octagon, a leading global sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing agency, seeks a Temporary Account Executive (Client Services) in Stamford or flexible hybrid across offices.

You'll support sponsorship activations, develop planning documents, manage communications, and assist with budgets, reporting, and on-site support. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in account management, strong organizational skills, and a passion for sports and culture.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of relevant experience in account management or client services, ideally within sports, entertainment, or related industries.
• A strong work ethic and the initiative to proactively support team efforts and take on new tasks.
• A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, gaming, music, or celebrity and lifestyle culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support data allocation, tracking and measurement for client portfolio of events on a global scale
• Assist with the organization and tracking of sponsorship assets and talent/ambassador utilization as needed
• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and documents, including post-event reports, event briefs, staffing schedules, and activation plans
• Help manage weekly project plans and share comprehensive notes from weekly calls, as assigned
• Assist with event and industry research requests upon client request
• Support finance administration including budget management, invoices & PO processing and maintaining accurate and up to date financial records
• Aid in various other administrative tasks as requested
