Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of biopharma sponsors, driving meetings, reviews and renewal pursuits. You will translate sponsor needs into clear delivery plans with cross‑functional teams and maintain transparent progress reports.

You will leverage CRM and data skills to monitor status, provide executive‑level updates, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across oncology trials.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a sponsor‑ or client‑facing role in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and business reviews.
• Strong executive presence and fluent English communication.
• Ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail with reporting skills (CRM, Excel, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, leading recurring calls and reviews.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact, responding promptly and escalating when needed.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross‑functional delivery plans across functions.
• Prepare audit‑ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews.
• Keep account data current in the CRM and track milestones for renewals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to surface improvement signals.
