Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of biopharma sponsors and enroll patients in oncology trials. You will manage sponsor relationships, lead recurring calls and reviews, and translate requirements into clear delivery plans.

You will work with Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing to prepare progress reports, dashboards, and dashboards, and keep clients informed on trial status. Strong English communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a sponsor- or client-facing role in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and business reviews.
• Strong executive presence and communication, fluent English.
• High ownership and attention to detail with solid reporting skills (CRM, Excel, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts and lead recurring calls and reviews.
• Serve as the primary client contact, respond promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans with Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare audit-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular reviews; keep CRM data current.
• Support renewals by tracking milestones and demonstrating value delivered.
