Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, ensuring on‑time delivery of trial enrollment and data quality across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.

You will lead recurring sponsor calls, prepare progress reports, and translate requirements into clear delivery plans. You will maintain strong executive‑level communication, track milestones, and support renewals by demonstrating the value delivered to sponsors

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in a sponsor‑facing role in healthcare or life sciences, owning the client relationship and ensuring satisfaction/outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and business reviews, manage expectations, and drive cross‑functional teams to deliver.
• Strong executive presence and communication, fluent English, able to handle urgent questions in real time and provide precise follow‑ups.
• High sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail with solid reporting skills (CRM, Excel, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, leading recurring calls and business reviews and handling ad‑hoc requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor requests, respond promptly, escalate as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross‑functional delivery plans across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare accurate, audit‑ready reports, dashboards, and presentations and keep CRM data current.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to surface delivery signals that affect sponsor satisfaction and advocate for improvements.
• Support account renewals by tracking milestones and demonstrating value delivered.
