Job summary

Massive Bio seeks a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, leading recurring calls and business reviews to ensure high client satisfaction. You will translate sponsor needs into clear cross-functional delivery plans involving Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.

You will also prepare audit-ready reports and dashboards, keep CRM data current, and support renewals by tracking milestones and demonstrating value to sponsors.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in sponsor- or client-facing roles in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and cross-functional delivery.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
